A spin on a classic Italian staple—chicken alfredo with a homemade creamy cheese sauce using our BAMnut Milk Barista.

Ingredients

⅓ chicken breast, cubed
130g pasta
30g broccoli
20g butter
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
10g parmesan cheese
1½ BAMnut Milk Barista

Directions

Cook your pasta according to box instructions.
In a pan, add your olive oil, chicken breast and broccoli and sautee for 5-7 minutes or until cooked.
In a separate pan, melt your butter.
Once butter is melted, add your flour and stir vigorously on low heat for 3-5 minutes until mixture gently bubbles.
Add in your BAMnut Milk Barista a little bit at a time and slowly whisk till smooth.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat, add your cheese and mix until it is melted.
To serve, combine your chicken, broccoli, pasta and sauce.
