Orders are shipped via UPS and other premium carriers for the 48 contiguous states and via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery fees apply if your minimum purchase falls below $25 after discounts and/or gift cards are applied.

Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.
Standard shipping to Alaska & Hawaii addresses is available for an extra charge of $10.00.


Processing Times

We know you’ll be tapping your fingers waiting, but standard shipping delivers within 3-7 business days (includes 1-2 business day processing time for orders).

Please allow extra time if your order was placed Friday evening, during weekends or on holidays.

For example, if your order was placed Friday evening, it is standard to not see any tracking updates until Monday evening. Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery: Credit card payment issue; incorrect shipping addresses; carrier circumstances (severe weather, etc.), or unforeseen alien abductions.

All orders received before 12 noon Eastern Time are dispatched the same day. Within the next day, you should receive a notification from our last mile delivery partner who will keep you updated with your tracking number and tracking details.

Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or government mandated safety measures.

Tracking Updates
During busier seasons and potential weather delays, carriers may take longer than expected to update the tracking status of a package. If a package shows tracking updates but has stalled at a processing location, please contact the carrier for additional information, as they would be able to provide the most up to date information on your package.

Ship Happens


Due to carrier delays nationwide and other unforeseen circumstances, shipments may experience delays. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of being placed. Please note all delivery timeframes are estimates and are subject to change. These timeframes do not include weekends and holidays.
